Ready for Change? Measuring Organizational Readiness
Before you embark on managing and/or leading a change effort, it’s helpful to benchmark where you (and others) are today -- to better plan where you need to go and what it’ll take to get you there...hopefully, in one piece. Stephanie Hardy, M.Ed, CMP will discuss how to evaluate your team, department or organization’s “readiness” for a given change. You will leave with ideas and questions to integrate into projects and planning processes to help prepare those managing and leading change. We all undergo change daily. So, whether you are responsible for managing or leading the effort or are simply a participant, this information is valuable to help lead others around you.
